  1. No Pass down info as compared to other branches and previous supervisor.
  2. Not able to resolve questions and issues, ALWAYS passes the buck.
  3. Not familiar with the financial tools commonly used in the branch.
  4. Not able to resolve time-keeping related issues.
  5. Not able to provide tasking responsibilities.
  6. Passing management responsibility (PLR) to the already overloaded staff.
  7. Not capable of reviewing EAC's or Program Reviews
  8. Not aware of the PARS deadline.
  9. Never has time for staff.
  10. No financial background.
  11. Often no response to emails.
